A: By contacting the company in any form; email, website, phone call or text, you are
dealing directly with the owner. Together we will decide the type of cleaning that
suits your needs, when the best time would be to schedule and any other pertinent information or questions you may have.
Q: How do I schedule and what are my options?
A: In this busy world we rarely have time for phone calls. I communicate constantly my via text. The first time you schedule with my company your name and phone number is saved. Anytime you have questions or need to schedule you are a text away. Of course, phone calls and emails are welcome anytime.
Scheduling options include: Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly or intermittent
Q: Is the price different dependent on how often you schedule?
A: No. I do not get any discount on employee pay or overhead.
Q: How do I pay?
A: There are many options available for payment. You can leave payment at your home in a sealed envelope and the crew will collect it. Yes, I trust them! I trust them in your home and mine.
You may also receive a text from me after the clean with a total and a link to this website for payment. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No fees for payment.
Q: How do I know the crew won't go slower just to get more money since you charge hourly?
A: The crew is not paid to go slow nor fast. The crew is paid to do a job that represents our company's attention to detail and consistency. There are plenty of things they can do, will do and would like to do, however it is completely up to you how long they stay and what tasks get completed.
Q: Why do I need a deep clean before I can schedule routine cleanings?
A: The first time we enter your home we cannot clean it as if we have been there all along. We need to clean the home, at least the areas you will be expecting us to maintain. Once we have the home clean and ready to maintain then we can return on a regular basis and keep it looking the same way.
Q: But, my house is already clean!
A: Great! Then the initial clean shouldn't take that long.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for your visit?
A: Nothing. Please do not clean before we get there! If you feel like you would be more comfortable putting personal items in a drawer we understand. But, life is messy. We get it. Relax. We are here to help.
